PARTNER - BUILD - GROW
Our deep industry expertise forms the foundation of our value creation approach, setting us apart in identifying, investing in, and operating high-potential portfolio companies. Our strategy is anchored around three core areas of focus:
TRANSFORM - SPECIALIZE - REACT
VALUE CREATION
Our operational and technology experience can be strategically important to our portfolio companies and can transform their ability to scale and sustain growth. We have continued to evolve and refine our investments approach, including becoming more active operationally, deepening our industry specialization and relationships to improve sourcing and due diligence and focusing on opportunities to improve business processes.
Operational
Resident operational expertise has become a key competitive advantage for Austin Capital Partners, allowing our in-house teams to react rapidly to market changes and increase efficiencies across our portfolio companies.
Technology
Austin Capital Partners helps management focus on advancement by bridging the distance between people who know what needs to change and those with the ability, power and authority to drive it, through technology, data, movement of data, data analytics, robotic process automation (“RPA”), and machine learning (“ML”).
Financial
When investing in a company, we work to create financial value for each of the portfolio companies. Whether it is: in-house experts; specialist resources such as payroll, HR, and IT access to Resident ex-CEOs on a part-time basis or even interim managers in full-time roles.
My 19 years in financial services has ironically become a detriment with changes in technology and fees. Austin Capital Partners was instrumental in realizing our technology and growth strategy.
